Metal packaging with safety cap

Abstract

Metal packaging including a container ( 1 ) sealed by a lid ( 2 ), a safety cap ( 5 ) sitting atop the lid, characterized in that this packaging is equipped with means ( 4, 6 ) for locking the safety cap onto the container. To this end, the cap ( 5 ) is provided with flexible peripheral tabs ( 6 ) designed to be able to clip onto an end flange ( 4 ) formed on the opening of the container ( 1 ) and curved outwards. Fastening the safety cap directly onto the wall of the container ( 1 ) in this way appreciably improves the firmness of the closure and therefore the safety against accidental opening of the packaging.

         2 . Packaging according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the safety cap ( 5 ) is provided with flexible peripheral tabs ( 6 ) designed to be able to clip onto an end flange ( 4 ) formed on the opening of the container ( 1 ) and curved outwards.
