Abstract
A cigarette pack includes a base portion and a cover pivotally connected to a top of the base portion. A neck portion extends from a periphery of a top opening of the base portion and the cover is mounted to the neck portion. A first hole is defined through the neck portion and a second hole is defined through the cover. The first hole and the second hole are located in alignment with each other when the cover covering on the base portion. A control device is connected to the base portion and has a hook which is controlled by the control device and movably engaged with the first hole and the second hole.

1 . A cigarette pack comprising:
a base portion and a cover pivotally connected to a top of said base portion, a neck portion extending from a periphery of a top opening of said base portion and a first hole defined through said neck portion, a second hole defined through said cover, said first hole and said second hole located in alignment with each other when said cover covers on said base portion, and a control device connected to said base portion and having a hook movably engaged with said first hole and said second hole.

The cigarette pack as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said control device includes an electromagnetic member and said hook connected to said electromagnetic member with a spring connected therebetween, a circuit board electrically connected to said electromagnetic member and said hook, a time setting member connected to said circuit board to control said electromagnetic member to attract said hook.
