Abstract

Leg-swinging exerciser including a foot rest body and a rolling unit. A middle portion of the foot rest body is pivotally supported on the rolling unit. Two ends of the foot rest body are formed with foot rest sections on which a user's feet are rested. When the user's feet exert a transverse pushing force onto the foot rest body, the rolling unit is transversely reciprocally rolled so as to swing and exercise the waist and feet of the user together.

Claims

What is claimed is:

. Leg-swinging exerciser comprising a foot rest body and a rolling unit, two ends of the foot rest body being formed with foot rest sections on which a user's feet are rested, a middle portion of the foot rest body being pivotally mounted on a shaft rod of the rolling unit, whereby when the user's feet exert a force onto the foot rest body, the rolling unit is transversely reciprocally rolled so as to exercise the waist and feet of the user together.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the foot rest body is a case having an opening facing downward, the centers of two side walls of the case being formed with pivot hole for pivotally connecting with the shaft rod of the rolling unit.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the foot rest body is formed with an internal receptacle for receiving most of the rolling unit.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the pivot hole communicates with a downward extending slide way for guiding the shaft rod of the rolling unit into the pivot hole.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the foot rest sections have recessed surfaces.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the foot rest sections have recessed surfaces.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the rolling unit includes a shaft rod and at least one wheel rotatably fitted thereon, the shaft rod being pivotally connected with the foot rest body, the wheel partially protruding out of lower side of the foot rest body, whereby the wheel contacts with and rolls on the ground to move the foot rest body.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the rolling unit includes a shaft rod and at least one wheel rotatably fitted thereon, the shaft rod being pivotally connected with the foot rest body, the wheel partially protruding out of lower side of the foot rest body, whereby the wheel contacts with and rolls on the ground to move the foot rest body.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the rolling unit includes a shaft rod and at least one wheel rotatably fitted thereon, the shaft rod being pivotally connected with the foot rest body, the wheel partially protruding out of lower side of the foot rest body, whereby the wheel contacts with and rolls on the ground to move the foot rest body.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 2 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 3 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 4 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 5 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 6 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 7 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.

. Leg-swinging exerciser as claimed in claim 8 , wherein at least one auxiliary wheel is disposed on front or rear side of the wheel.
