Game with a interchangeable scoring device, playing zones, and methods of the game

Abstract

The interchangeable scoring device, interchangeable playing field, and methods of play with both the predetermined interchangeable scoring device and predetermined interchangelable playing field in this present invention is for a game. The game is played by three or more players or two or more teams who's object it is to score the most points in a predetermined manner. Each team taking turns to accomplish the predetermined object(s) of the game.

I claim:  
     
         1 . A game that is played with a preselected interchangeable scoring device and on a preselected interchangeable playing field area that has any combination of the elements found in the drawn FIGS.  1  to  28  or in the following claim numbers  2  to  20 , and with all predetermined methods of play associated with this interchangeable scoring device on the interchangeable playing field area.  
     
     
         2 . A scoring device according to claim one that has a handle on each end. Handles are either straight solid, straight rotating, or with additional hand ring style grip shaped for the hand, or rotational ring style grip.  
     
     
         3 . A scoring device according to clam one that has an optional removable scoring part that moves across the length of the scoring area between the buffers for additional scoring. This additional scoring part can also be locked in a predetermined area for offensive contact scoring only.  
     
     
         4 . A scoring device according to claim one that has additional and optional scoring zone(s) for a variety of scoring play.  
     
     
         5 . A scoring device according to claim one that has buffers to stop sliding part from entering the supporting handle portion of the scoring device or guards to protect the hands and to stop the sliding part from entering the handle part of the scoring device according to the type of predetermined play used with the scoring device.  
     
     
         6 . A scoring device according to claim one that has an optional material strap or rope that is attached to the scoring device on the handle end and at the other end of the strap or rope is attached to the person or object holding the scoring device for safety and quick game resetting. One strap or rope is attached at each end of the scoring device.  
     
     
         7 . A scoring device according to claim one that has optional electronic features that allow electronically generated sounds of movement or contact to be transmitted and amplified through speakers, for calculated scoring by sensory contact, or illuminating the scoring device when scored upon by contact or by movement.  
     
     
         8 . A scoring device according to claim one with optional small cymbals or bells for sound effects.  
     
     
         9 . A game playing field area in accordance with claim one that uses optional geometric shape(s) to increase difficulty. Shapes are either flat or full according to predetermined method of play. The shape is a non area of play and if drawn flat becomes a penalty area when entered.  
     
     
         10 . A game field according to claim one that has an optional starting area for beginning a round of play. The starting area is a predetermined line(s), spot, or ring. The starting area is also used as a return area after an offensive player scores so he would return to the starting area so the player can score additional points according to predetermined rules.  
     
     
         11 . A game according to claim one that has three or more players. Two individual players or a team holding the scoring device, one at each end of the scoring device while additional player(s) attempt to score by contact or by the optional play of physically passing the scoring device.  
     
     
         12 . A scoring device according to claim one that has an optional additional scoring part for both the offense and defense to score points with. One method of scoring is for the offense to contact the sliding part and the other method is for the defensive players to push the optional scoring part a predetermined number of times across the scoring area to the other side for additional points while playing defense,  
     
     
         13 . A game according to claim one where optional additional scoring is made by the player passing the scoring device by jumping over, sliding under, rolling under, or going under or over in any predetermined manner.  
     
     
         14 . A game according to claim one with pre selected playing area's of flat surface, uneven surface raised flat platforms, ramps, mounds, trampolines, or in an antigravity chamber room.  
     
     
         15 . A scoring device according to claim one that can be adapted to roller derby, bikes, robots, vehicles, paintball, etc. with two people holding a scoring device at each end and carrying it to a predetermined goal area without the scoring device being contacted or dislodged according to predetermined rules for scoring and safety.  
     
     
         16 . A game according to claim one that has optional additional rounds of play that end by scoring a predetermined number of points in less time than your opponent(s), or by scoring the most points in a predetermined amount of time within a round(s).  
     
     
         17 . A game according to claim one where point scoring and winning are determined by preselected play such as when a player or team with the most points wins the game or the player or team who totals a predetermined number of points first wins the game, or a player or team move to the next level of a tournament by contacting the scoring device quicker than their opponents  
     
     
         18 . A game according to claim one where contact with the scoring device is predetermined before the game. Contact can happen by an offensive player contacting the scoring device with any predetermined part of their body, or with an optional object held by offensive player(s), or a airborne object projected at the scoring device by offensive player(s)  
     
     
         19 . A scoring device according to claim one that has a shaft that can be of any shape.  
     
     
         20 . A game with all the claims and drawings in this present patent to be interchangeable according to predetermined play.
