Claims
Abstract
The device serves to hold disk-shaped storage elements and comprises a bottom shell and a top shell swingably connected to the bottom shell. The storage element is fixed on an insert part within a receptacle area. The spring element is arranged in the area of an outer edge of the receptacle area. Further, at a distance from the spring element along another portion of the outer edge of the receptacle area, at least one opposing element is so arranged that the storage medium is clampably arranged in the receptacle area between the spring element and the opposing element.

A device for holding disk-shaped storage elements comprising a bottom shell and a top shell swingably connected to the bottom shell, a storage element fixed on a support element within a receptacle area defined by one of said top shell and said bottom shell, characterized in that a spring element ( 17 ) is arranged in the area of an outer edge of the receptacle area ( 21 ) and in that, at a distance from the spring element ( 17 ) along a further portion of the outer edge of the receptacle area, at least one opposing element is so arranged that the storage element is arranged between the spring element ( 17 ) and the opposing element in the vicinity of the receptacle area ( 21 ).
2 . A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the opposing element is of spring configuration.
3 . A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the opposing element is arranged in the area of an unlocking key ( 13 ).
4 . A device according to claim 3 , characterized in that the unlocking key ( 13 ) is arranged movable relative to an insert part ( 4 ) positioned within said receptacle area.
5 . A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the spring element ( 17 ) is of stepped configuration.
6 . A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the spring element ( 17 ) at least in part is of U-shaped conformation.
7 . A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the spring element ( 17 ) is formed of a U-shaped base ( 18 ) and an essentially rectilinear contact pressure leg ( 19 ).
8 . A device according to claim 4 , characterized in that the U-shaped base ( 18 ) emanating from the insert part ( 4 ) extends at first in a direction away from the receptacle area ( 21 ).
9 . A device according to claim 4 , characterized in that the unlocking key ( 13 ) is arranged in a central edge region of the insert part ( 4 ).
10 . A device according to claims 4 , characterized in that the unlocking key ( 13 ) is arranged offset from a centerline of the insert part ( 4 ).
11 . A device according to claim 4 , characterized in that the unlocking key ( 13 ) is arranged in the area of a vertex of the insert part ( 4 ).
12 . A device according to claim 4 , characterized in that the unlocking key ( 13 ), in common with at least one opposing element, is arranged movable relative to the insert part ( 4 ).
13 . A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the unlocking key ( 13 ) upon actuation releases both the disk-shaped storage element and the top shell ( 10 ).
14 . A device according to claim 4 , characterized in that, in a portion of the insert part ( 4 ) facing the axis of swing, at least two spring elements ( 17 ) are arranged at a distance relative to each other.
15 . A device according to claim 3 , characterized in that, in the area of the unlocking key ( 13 ), at least two opposing elements are arranged.
16 . A device according to claim 4 , characterized in that the insert part ( 4 ), to support the disk-shaped storage element, comprises a central element ( 3 ) elevated above the reference surface ( 5 ).
17 . A device according to claim 16 , characterized in that the central element ( 3 ) is of annular configuration.
18 . A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the spring element ( 17 ), at least in part, comprises a portion oriented at an inclination to the reference surface ( 5 ).
