Device and method for manufacturing an article of clothing with a sag-preventive measure and an article of clothing with a sag-preventive member

Abstract

It is an object of this invention to facilitate manufacturing a sag-preventive member. This invention relates to an article of clothing, a method of manufacturing the article of clothing, and the manufacturing device, on which a sag-preventive member is installed so that the layer sheet 1 comprising the adhesive layer 12 having an adhesive strength and flexibility and the film layer 11 is designed to be installed on the article of clothing with the film layer 11 facing the cloth 2 side.

An article of clothing with a sag-preventive member, including a layer sheet, comprising a means for preventing sag having an adhesive strength and flexibility and a film layer having flexibility, said layer sheet being fixedly installed on said article of clothing with said film layer facing said article of clothing, and said means for preventing sag facing a body of a wearer and being removably adherent thereto.  
     
     
         2 . The article of clothing with a sag-preventive member, according to  claim 1 , wherein said means for preventing sag is a polyurethane layer, a synthetic rubber layer, a natural rubber layer or an acrylic layer.  
     
     
         3 . The article of clothing with a sag-preventive member according to  claim 1  wherein said layer sheet is sewn onto said article of clothing.  
     
     
         4 . The article of clothing with a sag-preventive member according to  claim 1  wherein said layer sheet has openings.  
     
     
         5 . An article of clothing with a sag-preventive member, including a layer sheet, comprising a means for preventing sag having an adhesive strength and flexibility and a film layer having flexibility and being hot-meltable welded on an inner surface of clothing with said film layer facing said article of clothing, and said means for preventing sag facing a body of a wearer and being removably adherent thereto.  
     
     
         6 . The article of clothing with a sag-preventive member, according to  claim 5  wherein said means for preventing sag is a polyurethane layer, a synthetic rubber layer, a natural rubber layer or an acrylic layer.  
     
     
         7 . The article of clothing with a sag-preventive member according to  claim 5  wherein said film layer is made of hot-melt material, and said film layer is welded on said article of clothing.  
     
     
         8 . The article of clothing with a sag-preventive member according to  claim 5  wherein said layer sheet has openings.
