Wind-hole base of a blower for an air conditioner

Abstract

A wind-hole base of a blower for an air conditioner includes a faceplate, a cover plate, two fix plates, and two wind outlet cases. The faceplate has two outlets and an inlet, and a connector respectively fixed at two sides of the inlet. The two cover plates have a wind hole on the inlet, and the fix plates are mounted on a steel frame fixed on a ceiling, screwed with the connector of the faceplate. The wind outlet cases are fixed on the two outlets and have a wind hole connected with a windpipe. Thus the wind-hole base have two functions of sending wind out and sucking wind in, and possible to be assembled with the fix plates screwed with the steel frame so that the wind-hole base may be easily and quickly assembled and adjusted to move its position.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A wind-hole base of a blower for an air conditioner comprising: 
 a faceplate having two outlets and an inlet, said inlet having plural linking holes formed in a circumferential edge, a connector respectively fixed at two lengthwise opposite sides of said outlet, said connector having a threaded rod extending upward;    a cover plate having a circumferential lip edge to fit with an inner circumferential edge of each said inlet, plural insert blocks and engage blocks extending out under said circumferential lip edge to respectively fit in insert grooves and said link holes, and two circular openings formed spaced apart to connect with wind pipes;    two elongate fix plates mounted across a steel frame fixed on a ceiling, screwed with said connectors of said faceplate, having respectively two elongate slots in two sides for said threaded rods to pass through upward so that said faceplate may be moved laterally and adjusted a gap between itself and said steel frame;    two wind outlet cases respectively having a rectangular opening formed in a bottom to fit on said two outlets of said faceplate, a surrounding wall having a certain height and thickness and possible to insulate heat, and a connect base fixed with an outer wall of each said wind outlet case and having a pipe hole in an intermediate portion to connect with a wind pipe;    said components described above possible to be assembled to become said wind-hole base having two functions to send wind out and to suck wind in, said cover plate opened upward from said inlet by pricking said engage blocks off said insert grooves so as to permit said cover plate pushed up for a worker to go through said inlet in said wind-hole base for check, repair or maintenance, very convenient and practical.    
     
     
         2 . The wind-hole base of a blower for an air conditioner as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said two outlets of said faceplate have guide leaves for wind in an interior, and an inner wall defining each said outlet provided with plural insert grooves and engage holes for combining and removing said grid plate and said filter net.  
     
     
         3 . The wind-hole base of a blower for an air conditioner as claimed as  claim 1 , wherein said link holes of said inlet of said faceplate are shaped rectangular to fit with said engage blocks of said cover plate and then said faceplate is combined with said cover plate with screws.  
     
     
         4 . The wind-hole base of a blower for an air conditioner as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said link holes of said inlet of said faceplate are shaped circular for said posts with a center screw hole of said cover plate to fit through and then said faceplate combined with said cover plate with screws.  
     
     
         5 . The wind-hole base of a blower for an air conditioner as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said connect base of each said wind outlet case is provided with many elastic plates, which respectively have a projecting insert edge to connect with a wind pipe.
