Abstract

A soldering device includes a container having a chamber for receiving a mixture of a liquid fuel and a gas and having a mouth for filing the mixture into the chamber of the container, a soldering gun device coupled to the mouth for receiving the mixture, and a pump for pumping air into the chamber of the container. A head has three passageways coupled to three tubes, A housing has an end outlets a duct is slidably received in the housing and has a middle cap and a port formed in one end. A filter drum is engaged between the duct and the housing.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A soldering device comprising:
 a) a container including a chamber provided therein for receiving a mixture of a liquid fuel and a gas, the container including a mouth for filing the mixture into the chamber of the container, b) a soldering gun device coupled to the mouth for receiving the mixture, and c) a pump for pumping air into the chamber of the container.

2 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pump includes a bucket, a rod slidably received in the bucket and including a first end having a plug secured thereto and slidably received in the bucket and including a second end extended outward of the bucket, the container includes a barrel provided therein for receiving the pump.

3 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the barrel includes at least one passage communicating the barrel with the chamber of the container.

4 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the container includes a cover having a seat secured to the mouth, a check valve received in the seat, a disc secured on the seat for retaining the check valve in the seat, and a knob secured to the disc.

5 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a number of inserts received in the container.

6 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the container includes an exit for releasing a pressure in the container and a check valve received in the exit.

7 . A soldering gun device for a soldering device comprising:
 a) a head including a first passageway, a second passageway, and a third passageway, b) a first tube coupled to the first passageway of the head, c) a second tube coupled to the second passageway of the head, and d) a third tube coupled to the third passageway of the head.

8 . The soldering gun device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the second tube is received in the third tube.

9 . The soldering gun device as claimed in claim 7 further comprising three control devices coupled to the first and the second and the third tubes respectively.

10 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein an aperture is formed between the second and the third passageways, the third tube includes a column slidably received therein, a plug secured to one end of the column for selectively blocking the aperture.

11 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 10 further comprising a control device coupled to the column for moving the plug to block the aperture.

12 . A soldering tip device for a soldering device comprising:
 a) a housing including a first end having an outlet, and including a second end, b) a duct slidably received in the housing, the duct including a middle portion having a cup extended radially outwards the duct including a first end located close to the first end of the housing and having a port formed therein, and c) a filter drum engaged between the duct and the housing.

13 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the first end of the duct includes a number of slots and ridges formed thereon.

14 . The soldering device as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the duct includes a peripheral bulge extended radially outward therefrom and engaged with the housing.
