Abstract

The present invention discloses a set of wheels for both walking and skating which includes a wheel with ball-bearing; a spindle; a turning bar; a composite turning gear; a base frame; a pinboard; a plug pin; a torsion bar spring; a spring and a button. The wheel of the present invention is located accurately by using a plug pin. As the button is connected with the spindle, the wheel can be turned self-actively to the position for operating by return force of torsion bar spring while pressing the button. Therefore, the operation for placing a set of wheels from walking to skating is simplified.

         1 . A set of self-active wheels provided in shoes for both walking and skating, comprising
 at least a wheel with a ball-bearing; a spindle, jointed with said wheel; a turning bar with two holes in each end, one of which is used for fastening said spindle jointed with said wheel; and a base frame installed in the sole of a shoe for being provided with said turning bar through said hole of the other end, which comprises
 two stands, arranged by a pre-determined distance and provided a hole respectively,
   wherein said set of self-active wheels also comprises a composite turning gear, crossed through said hole on the other end of said turning bar and said holes of said two stands provided on said base frame, comprising:
 a sleeve, fastened on said stands, of which external diameter is provided with a torsion bar spring; and
 a rotating shaft which can be rotated around its axis, one end of which is connected with a button after being penetrated in turn
 a pinboard with a plug pin;
 said sleeve;
 said holes of said two stands; and
 a spring.

         2 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 1 , wherein two wheels are provided on each side of said turning bar.

         3 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 1 , wherein said hole on one of said two stands is provided with internal thread for in conjunction with an external thread on one end of said sleeve penetrated from said hole of the other stands.

         4 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 3 , wherein a screw is provided on said pinboard for fixing up said plug pin.

         5 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 4 , wherein a hole is provided on each of said stands for in conjunction with said plug pin.

         6 . A set of self-active wheels according to 5 , wherein said end of said turning bar for in conjunction with said stands is provided with
 first location hole, associated with said plug pin for locating said wheel under the status in store to be used for walking; second location hole, associated with said plug pin for locating said wheel under the status in operation to be used for skating.

         7 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 6 , wherein the connection between said rotating shaft said button is in manner of threaded connection.

         8 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 7 , wherein a screw nut is provided between said button and said spring for adjusting spring force of said spring and preventing said button from relaxing.

         9 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 8 , wherein a torsion bar of one end of said torsion bar spring is provided on said turning bar and a torsion bar of the others is provided on said base frame for resetting said turning bar by making use of restoring force of said torsion bar spring.

         10 . A set of self-active wheels according to claim 1 , wherein said end of said turning bar for fastening said wheel is designed into a crotch being used for fixing up said wheel.
