Abstract

The objects of the present invention are to overcome the insufficiency of the techniques of the rail junction of today, and to provide a seamless connecting, super speed, no shaking, stable rail, which offers a kind of less shaking, higher speed, and huge economic benefits for railroad transportation. Also the present invention provides a joint fishplate for this seamless steel rail.

We claim:  
     
         1 . A seamless connecting, super speed, no shaking, stable rails, wherein both ends of the rail are joining part.  
     
     
         2 . A joint fishplate of seamless rail, of which both ends are joining part, wherein the distance between the center of the third and the fourth hole, is shortening 20 mm.  
     
     
         3 . The joint fishplate of seamless rail according to  claim 1 , wherein the distance from the end of joint fishplate to the center of the first, the sixth hole are lengthening 10 mm separately.
