Abstract

An assortment of attractive jewel patches on bands for decoration or for covering corns and other blemishes on a person's foot when wearing sandals and other open-toed shoes.

I claim:  
     
         1 . A jewel patch on a band for decorating exposed human toes comprising: 
 a synthetic jewel;    a cloth band; and    the jewel positioned on the cloth band, and the band configured to attach to a human toe;    whereby the jewel patch on the band can be exhibited when open toed shoes are worn or with a medicated corn patch as cover up for blemishes.    
     
     
         2 . The jewel patch on a band according to  claim 1 , including a synthetic jewel having a configuration selected from the group consisting of a diamond, a square, a triangle, a star, a circular shape, and an oval shape.  
     
     
         3 . The jewel patch on a band according to  claim 1 , wherein the jewel is colored and adorned with a border of glittering specks.  
     
     
         4 . A kit comprising a predetermined number of jewel patches on a band for decorating exposed human toes, each of said jewel patches comprising: 
 a synthetic jewel;    a band; and    the jewel positioned on said band, the band configured to attach to a human toe;    whereby one or more of the jewel patches on bands can be exhibited when open toed shoes are worn.    
     
     
         5 . The kit according to  claim 4 , wherein each said band is made of cloth having hook and loop fastening.  
     
     
         6 . The kit according to  claim 4 , each synthetic jewel having a configuration selected from the group consisting of a diamond, a square, a triangle, a star, a circular shape, and an oval shape.  
     
     
         7 . The kit according to  claim 4 , wherein each jewel is colored and adorned with a border of glittering specks.  
     
     
         8 . The kit according to  claim 4 , the number of jewel patches being five.  
     
     
         9 . The kit according to  claim 4 , the number of jewel patches being ten.
