Non-slip case for a cigarette pack and accessories

Abstract

A cigarette case for holding a cigarette pack. The cigarette case has an exterior surface covered with or constructed from a tacky material having sufficient tackiness to prevent the cigarette case from sliding out of a top pocket of a shirt when the person bends over.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A non-slip case for a cigarette pack comprising: 
 a cigarette pack holding case having a top opening into a cigarette pack receiving cavity provided therein and sized to receive therein a cigarette pack, said cigarette pack holding case having a non-slip tacky exterior surface to prevent the cigarette pack holding case from sliding out of a pocket of a shirt.    
     
     
         2 . The non-slip case for a cigarette pack of  claim 1  wherein: 
 said cigarette pack holding case includes a flap securable over the top opening.  
 
     
     
         3 . The non-slip case for a cigarette pack of  claim 1  wherein: 
 said cigarette pack holding case further includes a small item holding pocket.  
 
     
     
         4 . The non-slip case for a cigarette pack of  claim 3  wherein: 
 said small item holding pocket is provided with a sealable pocket flap.  
 
     
     
         5 . The non-slip case for a cigarette pack of  claim 1  wherein: 
 said cigarette pack holding case further includes a cigarette lighter holding cavity.  
 
     
     
         6 . The non-slip case for a cigarette pack of  claim 5  wherein: 
 said cigarette pack holding case further includes a cigarette lighter holding cavity covering flap for covering a lighter insertion opening of said cigarette lighter holding cavity.
