Method for manufacturing shoes by bamboos
Abstract
A method for manufacturing shoes includes step (1): removing oily and organic substance from bamboo; step (2): splitting the bamboo into plates; step (3): sanitizing the bamboo plates; step (4): dehydrating the bamboo plates; step (5): cooling the bamboo plates; step (6): cutting the bamboo plates into sections; step (7): softening fibers in the bamboo sections in step (6); step (8): gluing the bamboo sections in step (7); step (9): compressing the bamboo sections in step (8) by a pressing head to form a combination; step (10): heating the combination in step (9); step (11): cooling the combination in the step (10), and step (12): machining the combination in step (11) to be desired shapes.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method for manufacturing shoes comprising the following steps:
step (1): removing oily and organic substance from bamboo; step (2): splitting said bamboo into plates; step (3): sanitizing said bamboo plates; step (4): dehydrating said bamboo plates; step (5): cooling said bamboo plates; step (6): cutting said bamboo plates into sections; step (7): softening fibers in said bamboo sections in step (6); step (8): gluing said bamboo sections in step (7); step (9): compressing said bamboo sections in step (8) by a pressing head to form a combination; step (10): heating said combination in step (9); step (11): cooling said combination in said step (10), and step (12): machining said combination in step (11) to have desired shapes.
2 . The method as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a liquid mixed with aqua-ammonia and ammonium-hydroxide and said liquid being heated up to 120 to 160 degrees Celsius for 24 hours to remove oily and organic substance from said bamboo in step (1).
3 . The method as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a liquid mixed with hydrogen peroxide and formadohyde and said liquid being heated up to 120 to 160 degrees Celsius for 24 hours to sanitize said bamboo plates in step (3).
4 . The method as claimed in claim 1 wherein said bamboo plates in step (4) are heated from 40 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees Celsius for 168 hours to let the liquid in said bamboo plates be reduced to 6% to 8%.
5 . The method as claimed in claim 1 wherein said bamboo plates in step (5) are cooled for 72 hours from 100 degrees Celsius to 13 degrees Celsius.
6 . The method as claimed in claim 1 wherein said bamboo sections in step (6) are soaked into a liquid comprising caustic-soda-flake.
7 . The method as claimed in claim 1 wherein said combination formed in step (9) is made by compressing said combination by said pressing head with 1600 tons of force for 40 minutes in a mold at 160 degrees of Celsius.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
