Multipurpose tote lunch bag

Abstract

The present invention allows for a multi-use tote lunch bag which addresses the object of easy accessability, securing food items, keeping food items either warm or cool, protecting food items and liquids, compactness, and the ability to convert the tote lunch bag for other uses.

I claim:  
     
         1 . A multipurpose tote lunch bag comprising: 
 a tote bag, said tote bag including a plurality of walls and a base, said base coupled to said plurality of walls to form a container;    an insulated lunch case, said insulated lunch case including a means for storing, securing and transporting food items; and    a liquid carrying container, said liquid carrying container including a means for storing, securing and transporting liquid items, wherein said insulated lunch case and said liquid container fit securely within said tote bag.    
     
     
         2 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 1  further comprising a detachable handle coupled to an upper portion of one of said plurality of walls.  
     
     
         3 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 2  wherein said detachable handle is a carrying strap.  
     
     
         4 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 1  further comprising a means for securing said container.  
     
     
         5 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 1  wherein at least one of s aid plurality of walls includes a side pocket.  
     
     
         6 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 5  wherein said side pocket is formed on an outer portion of said at least one of said plurality of walls and within said container.  
     
     
         7 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 5  wherein said side pocket is formed on an inner portion of said at least one of said plurality of walls and outside said container.  
     
     
         8 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 1  wherein said insulated lunch case includes a plurality of insulated walls, each of said plurality of insulated walls having an interior surface and an exterior surface, an insulated base coupled to a lower portion of said insulated walls, and an insulated cover partially attached to an upper portion of said insulated walls, said plurality of insulated walls, said insulated base and said insulated cover forming a closed storage container, said insulated cover having an interior surface and an exterior surface.  
     
     
         9 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 8  wherein said insulated cover includes a closing means.  
     
     
         10 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 8  wherein said inner surface of said insulated cover includes a secure storage area.  
     
     
         11 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 8  wherein said inner surface of at least one of said plurality of insulated walls includes means for securing utensils.  
     
     
         12 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 8  wherein said outer surface of at least one of said plurality of insulated walls includes a storage area.  
     
     
         13 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 8  wherein a handle is attached to said outer surface of said cover includes a handle.  
     
     
         14 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 8  wherein a carrying means is detachably coupled to said outer wall of at least one of said plurality of insulated walls.  
     
     
         15 . The multipurpose tote lunch bag of  claim 1  wherein said container includes a securing strap attached to said inner surface of at least one of said plurality of walls.
