Abstract
Methods of inhibiting growth of cancer cells and treating cancer in a patient by administration of a vector expressing pRb2/p130 are provided.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method of treating cancer in a patient comprising administering to the patient suffering from cancer a composition containing a vector encoding pRb2/p130 so that growth of cancer cells is inhibited wherein the vector is an adenoviral vector or a retroviral vector.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein cancer includes human glioblastoma.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein cancer includes melanoma.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein cancer includes breast cancer.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein cancer includes lung cancer.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein cancer includes endometrial cancer.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein cancer includes stomach carcinoma.
