Heating apparatus with low compression load
Abstract
The object of this invention is to provide a heating apparatus with low compression load. This heating apparatus consists of an expansion unit for adiabatically expanding refrigerant, an indoor unit having a heat exchanger, a compressor for adiabatically compressing the refrigerant, and an outdoor unit having a heat exchanger, and sequentially circulates refrigerant through the compressor, indoor unit, expansion unit, and outdoor unit to heat a target area using the phase change of the refrigerant. In an embodiment, the apparatus ( 100 ) is designed such that the refrigerant from the indoor unit ( 140 ) passes through a heat exchanging and evaporating unit ( 110 ) prior to flowing into the expansion unit ( 120 ), with the refrigerant from the evaporating unit ( 110 ) partially flowing into a sub-expansion unit ( 130 ) to become low temperature, low pressure bypassed refrigerant. The bypassed refrigerant from the sub-expansion unit ( 130 ) passes through the evaporating unit ( 110 ) prior to flowing into the compressor ( 150 ).
