Japanese rigid paper fan

Abstract

A Japanese rigid paper, including recycled paper, fan is formed by blanking and stamping at one time. Stamping lines in radial are on the body. A grip including the bottom of the body is held from both sides by a reinforcing attachment cut from a double face corrugated sheet. A direction of the grooves of the one side and the direction of the grooves of the other side are symmetric. The corrugated sheet which has 93±5 flutes per 30 cm in length and the height of the flute is 1.1-1.6 mm.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A Japanese rigid paper fan comprising a body with stamping lines on it.  
     
     
         2 . A Japanese rigid paper fan comprising a body with stamping lines radiating from the center bottom of it  
     
     
         3 . A Japanese rigid paper fan as in any one of claims  1  or  2 , in which blanking and stamping at one time form the body and a grip in one.  
     
     
         4 . A Japanese rigid paper fan in any of claims  1 - 3 , comprising: 
 a grip and a bottom of the body held from both sides by a reinforcing attachment made of double face corrugated sheet;    a direction of the grooves of one side and the direction of the grooves of the other side of the reinforcing attachment, toward a grip, are symmetrical.    
     
     
         5 . A Japanese rigid paper fan according to  claim 4 , characterized in that said corrugated sheet is a double face corrugated sheet, which has 93±5 flutes per 30 cm in length and the height of the flute is 1.1˜1.6 mm.  
     
     
         6 . A Japanese rigid paper fan as in any one of claims  1  or  2 , in which said body is made of recycled paper that made of drink packs.
