Abstract
A laser beam sight incorporated inside a spear gun. The device has a capsule positioned at the tip of the spear gun, the capsule includes a light source preferably a laser diode and the battery powered, a magnetic switch in the handle (close to the spear gun trigger) to control the laser device, a cable to connect the capsule to the magnetic switch, and an optional floating bar located inside the spear gun barrel to balance the spear gun's weight in the water.

1 . A light beam sight device located inside of a spear gun, the device comprising of:
a) A magnetic switch to activate the light beam mean. b) An elongate capsule containing the light beam source and its power source. c) A cable that attaches the capsule mean to the magnetic switch mean. d) A cylinder of floating material inside the tube of the spear gun
2 . The device of claim 1 wherein the magnetic switch includes means for affixing the switch in ‘on’ and ‘off’ position.
3 . The device of claim 2 wherein said magnetic switch means is adapted to turn on the light beam in pulse mode operation.
4 . The device of claim 1 wherein said the power source mentioned above is composed of a plurality of batteries.
