Cosmetic set

Abstract

The present invention comprises a holder for cosmetic devices. The holder comprises a main body with a wall that defines a hole for receipt of a cosmetic article. The annular or semi-annular wall also defines a roll or a groove for retaining the cosmetic article.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A holder for cosmetic articles, comprising: 
 a main body with a wall that defines a hole for receipt of a cosmetic article; and    a roll or a groove on or within the annular or semi-annular wall for retaining the cosmetic article.    
     
     
         2 . The holder of  claim 1  wherein the main body has a ring shape.  
     
     
         3 . The holder of  claim 2  wherein the ring has an outer annular surface with an outer annular wall and a nub or roll on the outer wall.  
     
     
         4 . The holder of  claim 3  and further including a second holder stacked onto the holder and retained by the nub or roll.  
     
     
         5 . The holder of  claim 1  wherein the main body defines more than one annular wall for receipt of a cosmetic article.  
     
     
         6 . The holder of  claim 5  wherein the main body has an outer annular surface with an outer annular wall and a nub or roll on the outer wall.  
     
     
         7 . The holder of  claim 6  and further including a second main body stacked onto the first main body and retained by the nub or roll.  
     
     
         8 . The main body of  claim 1  wherein the annular wall has a depth that can receive more than one cosmetic article.  
     
     
         9 . The cosmetic holder of  claim 1  wherein the main body is made of a polymeric material that is reversibly deformable.  
     
     
         10 . The cosmetic holder of  claim 1  wherein the main body is made from a polyolefin material.  
     
     
         11 . A kit comprising a cosmetic holder that includes an annular wall that defines a nub or a roll and a makeup article with an outer annular surface that defines an annular groove wherein the makeup article is retained in the holder when the nub is positioned within the groove.  
     
     
         12 . A kit comprising a cosmetic holder that includes an annular wall that defines an annular groove and a makeup article with an outer annular surface that defines a nub or an annular roll wherein the makeup up article is retained in the holder when the nub is positioned within the groove.  
     
     
         13 . A cosmetic set, comprising at least one outer ring made of a hard plastic material with a roll on the inside of the ring, where either the roll is made of an elastic material which permits a form fit of a cosmetic container in the outer ring by slightly compressing the elastic material, or the roll forms at least one lip, which engages in a non-positive manner, in at least one groove on the outside wall of the cosmetic container where the diameter of the roll and outside wall or of the lip and groove are selected so that the container can be fitted into the ring or pushed out of the ring by finger pressure.  
     
     
         14 . The cosmetic set according to  claim 13 , wherein the cosmetic container includes one or more pots of eyeshadow or a fragrance bottle or a capsule.  
     
     
         15 . The cosmetic set according to  claim 13 , wherein the cosmetic container includes one or more pots of makeup.  
     
     
         16 . The cosmetic set according to  claim 13 , wherein the cosmetic container includes one or more pots of cream.  
     
     
         17 . The cosmetic set according to  claim 13 , wherein the cosmetic container is a lipstick container.  
     
     
         18 . The cosmetic set of  claim 13 , wherein the cosmetic container contains a set of brushes or small tools or both.  
     
     
         19 . The cosmetic set of  claim 13  wherein the cosmetic container is transparent.  
     
     
         20 . The cosmetic set of  claim 13  wherein the cosmetic container fits into two rings that are in contact and are arranged one above the other.  
     
     
         21 . The cosmetic set of  claim 13  wherein the roll is inseparably attached to the outer ring.  
     
     
         22 . The cosmetic set of  claim 13  wherein the roll is segmented.  
     
     
         23 . The cosmetic set of  claim 13  wherein the roll is detachably fitted into the outer ring and projects out of the inside surface of the outer ring and thus partially projects into the inside space.  
     
     
         24 . A cosmetic set according to  claim 13 , wherein the outer ring has an oval shape and forms an upper inside space in which two cosmetic containers are arranged side by side, where the upper inside space of the ring has two opposed projections on the narrow side of the oval in the middle area of the oval, and the cosmetic containers each sit on an edge web formed by a lower inside space in which is arranged a cosmetic container that sits at least partially on the projections formed by the upper inside space; and where the cosmetic containers are held partially in the inside spaces and the cosmetic containers are held completely there by the roll arranged on the inside of the ring either by squeeze contact with the elastic material or by lip-groove contact.  
     
     
         25 . The cosmetic set according to  claim 24  wherein the outer ring is transparent.  
     
     
         26 . The cosmetic set of  claim 24  wherein the outer ring is a transparent color.  
     
     
         27 . The cosmetic set of  claim 24  wherein the outer ring is patterned.  
     
     
         28 . The cosmetic set of  claim 24  wherein the outer ring has decorative elements which are visible at least from the outside of the ring and are either embedded in the ring material or project spatially out of it.  
     
     
         29 . The cosmetic set of  claim 24  wherein it is arranged in a solid or multicolored fabric bag.  
     
     
         30 . An ampule comprising a main body with a neck region and a cap sealed to the main body at the neck region, the neck region comprising an upper support and a lower support that meet to form a seam.
