Water and land walking device

Abstract

The water and land walking device includes a pair of step bodies for a user to stand thereon and float on the water. Each step body includes one or multiple one-way water-resisting plates which are pivotally disposed on the step body and can be biased by a predetermined angle and two projecting fins for preventing the one-way water-resisting plates from contacting with the ground when walking on the ground. The walking device provides transportation, exercising and leisure functions.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . Water and land walking device comprising a pair of step bodies for a user to stand thereon and float on the water, each step body including: 
 one or multiple one-way water-resisting plates which are pivotally disposed on the step body and can be biased by a predetermined angle; and    two projecting fins for preventing the one-way water-resisting plates from contacting with a ground when walking on the ground.    
     
     
         2 . Water and land walking device as claimed in    claim 1   , wherein a top face of each step body is disposed with a foot-shaped recess, a heel protective wall and a protective strap, whereby a foot of the user can fit into the recess.  
     
     
         3 . Water and land walking device as claimed in    claim 1   , wherein the biasing angle of the one-way water-resisting plates is about 90 degrees and in a moving state, the one-way water-resisting plates are positioned in a substantially horizontal position with relatively low resistance, while in a still or an stopping state, the one-way water-resisting plates are positioned in a substantially vertical position with relatively high resistance.  
     
     
         4 . Water and land walking device as claimed in    claim 1   , wherein the two projecting fins are two elongated walls parallel to each other.  
     
     
         5 . Water and land walking device as claimed in    claim 1   , wherein the one-way water-resisting plates are pivotally disposed in a frame body of a water-resisting assembly, a bottom of the frame body being formed with two bent sides, whereby the one-way water-resisting plates can be only rotated within a predetermined angle.
