Commodity antitheft implement
Abstract
A commodity antitheft implement for preventing opening of cases accumulating therein commodities for rent or various commodities for sales for the purpose of theft of the commodities in question, for preventing cases accumulating therein commodities from being taken out of the store without permission, wherein it is possible to eliminate shielding operations by arranging tags preventing cases from being taken out without permission to be left in the store. The case is comprised of a box body including an opening portion for taking a commodity in and out and a cover body provided at the box body through hinges to open and close the opening portion, and opening of the case is made difficult by inserting a key member into through holes provided at overlapping peripheral walls of the case.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A commodity antitheft implement provided for a case comprised of a box body having an opening portion for taking a commodity in and out, and a cover body provided at the box body through hinges to open and close the opening portion, wherein through holes that coincide with each other in a closed condition of the case are formed at specified positions of overlapping or opposing peripheral walls of the box body and the cover body, and wherein a key member is inserted through the coincident through holes to be freely inserted and drawn out.
2 . The commodity antitheft implement according to claim 1 , wherein a guide means for the key member that is inserted into the through holes is provided within the case.
3 . The commodity antitheft implement according to claim 1 , wherein the case and the key member to be inserted are provided with engaging means that are pushed back upon insertion of the key member and that assume engaged conditions upon completion of insertion.
4 . The commodity antitheft implement according to claim 1 , wherein the case and the key member to be inserted are provided with engaging means that are pushed back upon insertion of the key member and that assume engaged conditions upon completion of insertion, and wherein inserting apertures for inserting a releasing tool for releasing the engaged condition of the engaging means are formed at peripheral walls of the case.
5 . The commodity antitheft implement according to claim 1 , wherein the case and the key member to be inserted are provided with engaging means that are pushed back upon insertion of the key member and that assume engaged conditions upon completion of insertion, wherein a releasing tool for releasing the engaged condition of the engaging means upon insertion thereof into the through holes of the case for inserting the key members is provided, and wherein the releasing tool and the key member are provided with latch portions for fitting and latching upon release of the engaged condition by the releasing tool.
6 . The commodity antitheft implement according to claim 1 , wherein the case and the key member to be inserted are provided with engaging means that are pushed back upon insertion of the key member and that assume engaged conditions upon completion of insertion, wherein inserting apertures for inserting a drawing tool for the key member are formed at specified locations of the through holes for inserting the key member, and wherein latch portions for fitting and latching are provided at a position at which the inserted drawing tool and the key member oppose.
7 . The commodity antitheft implement according to claim 1 , wherein the key member is provided with an antitheft tag.
8 . An antitheft case which is a case comprised of a box body having an opening portion for taking a commodity in and out and a cover body provided at the box body through hinges to open and close the opening portion, wherein through holes that coincide with each other in a closed condition of the case are formed at specified positions of overlapping or opposing peripheral walls of the box body and the cover body.
9 . An antitheft key member which is a key member that is inserted into through holes of the antitheft case according to claim 8 in a freely inserting and drawing manner, wherein the key member is provided with an antitheft tag.
10 . An antitheft key member which is a key member that is inserted into through holes of the antitheft case according to claim 8 in a freely inserting and drawing manner, wherein the key member is provided with an engaging means that is pushed back upon insertion of the key member and that assumes engaged condition with an engaging means of the case upon completion of insertion.
11 . An engagement releasing tool that is inserted towards the key member according to claim 10 that is inserted into the case, wherein a pointing out portion for releasing engaged conditions for pushing the engaging means back is provided at a leading end of insertion thereof.
12 . A commodity antitheft implement comprised of a piercing member that is inserted into a latch portion such as hole or piercing portion of an object of which theft shall be prevented, a locking device provided to enable assembled maintenance of both end portions of the piercing member and release of the assembled maintenance, and an antitheft tag provided at the piercing member or the locking device.
13 . The commodity antitheft implement according to claim 1 , wherein an engaging member for preventing forcible opening of the case by fitting outwardly of the case upon completion of insertion of the key member is provided.
14 . A commodity antitheft implement comprising a case comprised of a box body having an opening portion for taking a commodity in and out and a cover body provided at the box body through suitable hinges to open and close the opening portion, parallel engaging grooves (sic.) provided at side edges of the box body and the cover body of the case, a slider provided to be freely inserted and drawn out to and from the engaging grooves (sic.) to assume an engaged condition for maintaining the closed condition of the case, and an engaging means provided at the slider and the case or the engaging grooves that is pushed back upon insertion of the slider and that assumes an engaged condition upon completion of insertion, wherein the slider or the slider and the case are provided with latching means for blocking forcible opening of the case by assuming a latched relationship upon completion of insertion of the slider.
15 . A commodity antitheft implement provided for a case comprised of a box body having an opening portion for taking a commodity in and out and a cover body provided at the box body through hinges to open and close the opening portion with through holes that coincide with each other in a closed condition of the case being formed at specified positions of overlapping or opposing peripheral walls of the box body and the cover body, wherein continuous concave and convex portions that fit in a meshing manner with each other are provided at specified regions of a surface at which a peripheral edge at a distal end of the key member opposite to the inserting direction thereof and open edges of the through holes oppose.
16 . An antitheft case which is a case comprised of a box body having an opening portion for taking a commodity in and out and a cover body provided at the box body through hinges to open and close the opening portion, wherein continuous concave and convex portions that fit in a meshing manner with each other are provided at specified regions of either a surface at which mutually overlapping peripheral walls abut and oppose or a surface at which the open surface of the outer peripheral wall and the surface of either the box body or the cover body oppose.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
