Refillable fancy-cloth sachet with refillable plain-cloth insert

Abstract

An improved, refillable pillow sachet made of a fancy-cloth cover ( 12 ) and having a re-closable flap ( 16 ) on back of outer cover along with a secure closure method ( 18 ). In addition, a refillable pillow insert ( 14 ) made of plain-cloth and having an overlapping and under-lapping slot ( 26 & 28 ) closure in back portion, that may also include a secure closure method. The fancy-cloth sachet cover ( 12 ) has a closure method ( 18 ) preferably of Velco, button, snap, zipper, etc., so that outer cover ( 12 ) can be opened and closed repeatedly, to insert scented matter and/or refillable pillow insert ( 14 ), without damaging the fancy fabric of the sachet cover ( 12 ). The refillable pillow insert ( 14 ) back portion, is made of two pieces, a back and a middle section ( 22 & 24 ), of plain-cloth which are joined onto a one-piece, front section (20) along outer edges, but are not joined onto inner edges whereby making both sections overlap and under-lap each other thereby making an opening slot ( 26 & 28 ), to facilitate refilling with scented matter of desired fragrance and material.

I claim:  
     
         1 . In a refillable and re-closeable sachet of a type comprising an outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover and having a re-closable flap on back section of said outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover and also having an inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert providing an opening slot thereby able to place scented matter into said inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert whereby placing said inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert into said outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover.  
     
     
         2 . The outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover of    claim 1    wherein said pillow sachet comprises any type of fancy fabric possibly, but not limited to satin, moire, velvet, lace, linen, etc.  
     
     
         3 . The outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover of    claim 1    wherein said pillow sachet may comprise of decorative edging, monogramming, etc.  
     
     
         4 . The outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover of    claim 1    wherein said outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover is a predetermined size and shape.  
     
     
         5 . The outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover of    claim 1    wherein means of opening comprises an overlapping flap on back section of said outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover possibly positioned in middle of back section of said outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover and attaching underside of top-flap to top section of bottom-flap of said outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover.  
     
     
         6 . The outer, fancy-cloth pillow sachet cover of    claim 5    wherein top-flap and bottom-flap comprise closing methods preferably Velcro, snap, button, zipper, etc.  
     
     
         7 . The inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert of    claim 1    wherein said inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert is comprised of predetermined type of plain fabric.  
     
     
         8 . The inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert of    claim 1    wherein said inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert having a re-closable overlapping slot in back and under-lapping slot in middle section of said inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert.  
     
     
         9 . The inner, plain-cloth refill pillow insert of    claim 8    wherein said re-closable overlapping slot may comprise of closure method preferably Velcro, snaps, zipper, button, etc. on underside of top overlapping slot connecting with top section of bottom under-lapping slot.
