Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat I claim as my invention is:
1 . An apparatus for attaching a tie to a human neck comprising:
(a) a first adapter having two surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface being non-adhesive, the bottom surface having a pair of adhesive patches, a first adhesive patch and a second adhesive patch, (b) a second adapter having two surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface, the bottom surface being non-adhesive, the top surface having a pair of adhesive patches, a first adhesive patch and a second adhesive patch, (c) a first patch from a hook and loop patch attachment pairing, the first patch having a top side and a bottom side, the first patch preferably having a plurality of hooks on the top side, the left half of the bottom side of the first patch preferably being attached to the left half of the top surface of the first adapter, (d) a second patch from a hook and loop patch attachment pairing, the second patch having a top side and a bottom side, the second patch preferably having a plurality of loops on the top side, the right half of the top side of the second patch preferably being attached to the right half of the bottom surface of the second adapter, (e) whereby a user would properly fit a tie around his neck, cut the tie in the middle of the back of his neck, place one end of the cut tie against the right half of the top surface of the second adapter and “fold over” the left half of the second adapter onto the right half of the second adapter, place the second end of the cut tie against the left half of the bottom surface of the first adapter and “fold over” the right half of the first adapter onto the left half of the first adapter, push together the plurality of loops on the top side of the second patch against the plurality of hooks on the bottom of the first patch against one another, and proceed to adjust the tie for the user's neck.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
