Nail clips

Abstract

An adornment made of metal sheet, jewelry, to applied to fingernails and the method for applying the jewelry to the fingernail. It is the object of this invention to provide an adornment for artificial fingernails which is easily applied and yet remains securely in place on top of the fingernail. The adornment curves with the shape of the nail and is secured on the underside with the use of polymers, is varied in its edge and surface designs.

Having described my invention, what I claim is:  
     
         1 . An ornament comprised of a thin piece of precious metal sheet or ornamental type metal, that forms to the curvature of the fingernail, and is secured by the crimping of excess material which is held to the nail by pressure applied onto the underside of the nail, its application is further secured by the use of polymers. 
   1   a.  An attachment of    claim 1    is that said fingernail ornament can have varying edges and surface designs applied to the said nail ornamentation and then secured as mentioned previously.      1   b.  An attachment to    claim 1    that said nail ornamentation and application to the actual fingernail, can be placed in any area on the nail that extends past the digit as the wearer so chooses, then secured as mentioned previously.
