Synthetic resin bottle with a handle
Abstract
This invention is titled “Synthetic resin bottle with a handle.” The purpose of this invention is to solve the problem of incomplete fitting engagement between handle and bottle wall. The means to solve the problem is given by a configuration comprising: A synthetic resin bottle 1 molded by biaxially oriented blow molding and having a recession 2 in the rear of the body; A synthetic resin handle 3 made by injection molding, which is fitted into the afore-mentioned recessed portion 2 of the bottle 1 as the insert material and which is provided with an upper fitting arm 6 and a lower fitting arm 8 extending toward the bottle 1 at respective ends of a longitudinal thick grip 4; A rectangular stopper 7, which is disposed at the tip of the upper fitting arm 6 so as to rise upward from the tip; A reinforcing rib 9, which is disposed under the lower fitting arm 8 in the direction from arm base to arm tip; and A stop claw 10 disposed at the tip of the lower fitting arm 8 and extending downward from the tip so that the bottom of the claw 10 is positioned below the underside of the forefront portion of the reinforcing rib 9. FIG. 2 is designated for the understanding of this invention.
