Abstract

Disclosed is a refillable cartridge candle using paraffin oil, which is capable of easily and conveniently mount a wick to a transparent container receiving a plurality of accessories and paraffin oil to obtain an enhanced decoration effect. The refillable cartridge candle includes a transparent container having a chamber fillable with a plurality of accessories along with a paraffin oil, the transparent container being provided with a guide insertion hole at an upper end thereof while having an opening at a lower end thereof, a wick guide inserted into the chamber through the guide insertion hole of the transparent container, a wick inserted into the wick guide so that upper and lower ends thereof are protruded from respective upper and lower ends of the wick guide, a support stand having, at an upper surface thereof, a seating groove for receiving a lower end of the transparent container to support the transparent container, and an epoxy resin adapted to seal the opening of the transparent container when the paraffin oil is injected into the transparent container, thereby preventing the paraffin oil from being leaked, the epoxy resin being filled in the seating groove around the opening of the transparent container.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A refillable cartridge candle using a paraffin oil comprising: 
 at least one transparent container having a chamber fillable with a plurality of accessories along with a paraffin oil, the transparent container being provided with a guide insertion hole at an upper end thereof while having an opening at a lower end thereof;    a wick guide inserted into the chamber through the guide insertion hole of the transparent container;    a wick inserted into the wick guide so that upper and lower ends thereof are protruded from respective upper and lower ends of the wick guide;    a support stand having, at an upper surface thereof, a seating groove for receiving a lower end of the transparent container to support the transparent container; and    sealing means adapted to seal the opening of the transparent container when the paraffin oil is injected into the transparent container, thereby preventing the paraffin oil from being leaked, the sealing means being filled in the seating groove around the opening of the transparent container.    
     
     
         2 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 1   , wherein the sealing means is made of a material selected from the group consisting of an epoxy resin, a urethane, and a cork.  
     
     
         3 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 1   , wherein the sealing means comprises a packing received in the transparent container to define a step at the opening of the container and adapted to primarily seal the opening, and an epoxy resin filled in the step and adapted to secondarily seal the opening.  
     
     
         4 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 1   , wherein the transparent container is provided at an upper portion thereof with an oil injection port for injecting the paraffin oil into the chamber of the transparent container.  
     
     
         5 . A refillable cartridge candle using a paraffin oil comprising: 
 a paraffin oil;    an oil pack having an oil chamber to be fillable with the paraffin oil;    a transparent container having an oil pack receiving recess at an upper end thereof to separably receive the oil pack, the transparent container being formed with a downwardly opened chamber defined around the oil pack receiving recess and adapted to receive a plurality of accessories;    a support stand having, at an upper surface thereof, a seating groove for receiving a lower end of the transparent container to support the transparent container;    a cap centrally provided with a wick holder for holding a wick and laid on the upper end of the transparent container, the cap having a diameter larger than that of the oil pack receiving recess; and    the wick inserted into the wick holder.    
     
     
         6 . A refillable cartridge candle using a paraffin oil comprising: 
 a container having a chamber fillable with a paraffin oil, the container being provided with at least one fitting portion at a bottom thereof; and    at least one wick assembly separably fitted in or around the at least one fitting portion of the container, respectively, the wick assembly including an incombustible wick guide provided, at a peripheral wall thereof, with at least one oil inlet port adapted to supply the paraffin oil from the container to the interior of the wick guide, and a wick inserted into the interior of the wick guide.    
     
     
         7 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 6   , wherein the at least one fitting portion comprises a plurality of fitting portions each having a protrusion or groove shape.  
     
     
         8 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 7   , wherein the fitting portions are arranged to form a particular shape, figure, or pattern, or arranged to be uniformly spaced apart from one another.  
     
     
         9 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 6   , wherein the bottom of the container has a flat surface, and further comprising a mat having a flat lower surface corresponding to the flat surface and the container and tight contacting the flat surface of the container over the entire portion thereof, the mat also having, at an upper surface thereof, at least one fitting portion substituted for the at least one fitting portion of the container.  
     
     
         10 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 6   , further comprising: 
 a jelly type wax buried in a lower portion of the chamber defined in the container and adapted to decorate the container; and    at least one decorative accessory buried in the jelly type wax.    
     
     
         11 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 10   , wherein the oil inlet port is arranged in an upper portion of the chamber where the paraffin oil is fillable.  
     
     
         12 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 6   , wherein the container is made of a transparent or semitransparent material.  
     
     
         13 . The refillable cartridge candle according to    claim 10   , further comprising: 
 a decoration mounting portion provided at a central portion of the container and adapted to mount a decoration.
