Abstract
The rainwater drainpipe attached to the site where a building and the building stand is pulled, and this invention is related to using it as a wiring passage of the communication cable. At present, though a communication means to each house depends on a telephone circuit, the development of the new information communication is measured by passing a communication railway siding cable in the rainwater drainpipe. It passes through the communication cable to that because the rainwater drainpipe installed in the building surely goes through to the road side exit.
