Abstract
The present invention provides a DNA having promoter activity of Tec tyrosine kinase and a vector having incorporated within it the promoter to thereby enable a high level expression of an exogenous gene in hematopoietic stem cells and hepatic cells.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An isolated DNA having promoter activity and comprising a part of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No: 9, wherein the part has a length of at least about 50 bp and wherein the promoter activity is associated with the part.
2 . The isolated DNA of claim 1 , wherein the part has a length of at least about 100 bp.
3 . The isolated DNA of claim 1 , wherein the part has a length of at least about 150 bp.
4 . The isolated DNA of claim 1 , wherein the part has a length of at least about 200 bp.
5 . The isolated DNA of claim 1 , wherein the part has a length of at least about 300 bp.
6 . The isolated DNA of claim 1 , wherein the part has a length of at least about 400 bp.
7 . The isolated DNA of claim 1 , wherein the part has a length of at least about 500 bp.
8 . An isolated DNA having promoter activity consisting essentially of SEQ ID No: 9 wherein the promoter activity is associated with SEQ ID No: 9.
9 . An expression vector comprising the isolated DNA of claim 1 .
10 . A cell comprising the expression vector of claim 9 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
