Abstract
One example method of operation may include receiving potential emergency event communications from one or more emergency monitoring entities targeting a potential emergency location, comparing the potential emergency event communications to one or more emergency event thresholds, determining a level of severity of the potential emergency event, and transmitting one or more notifications to one or more emergency response entities based on the one or more emergency events thresholds being exceeded and the level of severity.

1. A method comprising
receiving potential emergency event communications from one or more of a plurality of emergency monitoring entities to target a potential emergency location;
comparing the potential emergency event communications to one or more emergency event thresholds;
determining a level of severity of the potential emergency event;
transmitting one or more notifications to one or more emergency response entities based on the one or more emergency event thresholds being exceeded and the level of severity;
receiving sensor data at a sub-location of the potential emergency location; and
determining the level of severity of the potential emergency event at the sub-location.
2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
determining a majority of the potential emergency event communications are within a predetermined distance of the potential emergency location.
3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving a data report of social media posts from one or more social media platforms; and
determining a magnitude of the potential emergency event has exceeded at least one of the one or more emergency event thresholds based on the data report.
4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the data report comprises a number of instances of the potential emergency location, a number of instances of a type of emergency, or a number of instances of a particular day or time, and the combined number of instances has exceeded at least one of the one or more emergency event thresholds.
5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
determining the plurality of emergency monitoring entities have exceeded a density threshold at a predetermined radius of the potential emergency location; and
determining the level of severity is elevated based on the exceeded density threshold.
6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
transmitting one or more first notification instructions to a first portion of the one or more emergency response entities; and
transmitting one or more second notification instructions to a second portion of the one or more emergency response entities, wherein the one or more first notification instructions are different from the one or more second notification instructions.
7. An apparatus, comprising:
a storage medium that stores a program; and
a processor configured to execute the program to
receive potential emergency event communications from one or more of a plurality of emergency monitoring entities target a potential emergency location;
compare the potential emergency event communications to one or more emergency event thresholds;
determine a level of severity of the potential emergency event;
transmit one or more notifications to one or more emergency response entities based on the one or more emergency event thresholds being exceeded and the level of severity;
receive sensor data at a sub-location of the potential emergency location; and
determine the level of severity of the potential emergency event at the sub-location.
8. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the processor is further configured to
determine a majority of the potential emergency event communications are within a predetermined distance of the potential emergency location.
9. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the processor is further configured to
receive a data report of social media posts from one or more social media platforms; and
determine a magnitude of the potential emergency event has exceeded at least one of the one or more emergency event thresholds based on the data report.
10. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the data report comprises a number of instances of the potential emergency location, a number of instances of a type of emergency, or a number of instances of a particular day or time, and the combined number of instances has exceeded at least one of the one or more emergency event thresholds.
11. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the processor is further configured to
determine the plurality of emergency monitoring entities have exceeded a density threshold at a predetermined radius of the potential emergency location; and
determine the level of severity is elevated based on the exceeded density threshold.
12. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the processor is further configured to
transmit one or more first notification instructions to a first portion of the one or more emergency response entities and transmit one or more second notification instructions to a second portion of the one or more emergency response entities, and the one or more first notification instructions are different from the one or more second notification instructions.
13. A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium configured to store instructions that, when executed, cause a processor to perform operations comprising:
receiving potential emergency event communications from one or more of a plurality of emergency monitoring entities to target a potential emergency location;
comparing the potential emergency event communications to one or more emergency event thresholds;
determining a level of severity of the potential emergency event;
transmitting one or more notifications to one or more emergency response entities based on the one or more emergency event thresholds being exceeded and the level of severity;
receiving sensor data at a sub-location of the potential emergency location; and
determining the level of severity of the potential emergency event at the sub-location.
14. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 13 , wherein the operations further comprise:
determining a majority of the potential emergency event communications are within a predetermined distance of the potential emergency location.
15. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 13 , wherein the operations further comprise:
receiving a data report of social media posts from one or more social media platforms; and
determining a magnitude of the potential emergency event has exceeded at least one of the one or more emergency event thresholds based on the data report.

The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the data report comprises a number of instances of the potential emergency location, a number of instances of a type of emergency, or a number of instances of a particular day or time, and wherein the combined number of instances has exceeded at least one of the one or more emergency event thresholds.
17. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 13 , wherein the operations further comprise:
determining the plurality of emergency monitoring entities have exceeded a density threshold at a predetermined radius of the potential emergency location; and
