Abstract
The embodiments disclose a method including fabricating a one section foldable phone case for coupling with a foldable phone configured to fold from top to bottom, fabricating a one section foldable phone case for coupling with a foldable phone configured to fold from side to side, fabricating a two-section foldable phone case for coupling with a foldable phone configured to fold from top to bottom, fabricating a two-section foldable phone case for coupling with a foldable phone configured to fold from side to side, wherein phone cases are configured to view front and back foldable phone folded and unfolded screens, and embedding a RFID chip with a unique ID number into a foldable phone cases configured for locating and identifying a user's foldable phone case.

1. A foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone, comprising:
a first section having a one piece two segment bendable tempered glass screen protector coupled to the foldable smartphone case configured to flex and conform to a one piece two segment foldable inside glass screen of the foldable smartphone;
a second section having a one piece one segment tempered glass screen protector coupled to the foldable smartphone case configured to cover and protect an outside front side glass screen of the foldable smartphone; and
a hinge cover of the foldable smartphone case movably coupling the first section to the second section and extending the length of the foldable smartphone hinge and configured to cover and protect the hinge of the foldable smartphone.
2. The foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone of claim 1 , further comprising a tab activated folding hinge is configured to pull the tab in one direction to unfold the foldable phone case and to pull the tab in the opposite direction to refold the foldable phone case.
3. The foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone of claim 1 , wherein the hard outer shell is made of at least one hard rigid material.
4. The foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone of claim 1 , further comprising a three part sliding connector includes a full length sliding connector, a shorter length sliding connector, and at least one sliding connector receiving slot.
5. The foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone of claim 1 , further comprising a three part sliding connector configured to join two folded phone case sections with a full length sliding connector sliding into a sliding connector receiving slot and a shorter length sliding connector being received at both ends into a sliding connector receiving slot.
6. The foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone of claim 1 , wherein the first section is configured to include removable tempered glass to cover and protect the one piece foldable inside glass screen of the foldable smartphone.
7. The foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone of claim 1 , wherein the second section is configured with a kickstand to allow a foldable phone to be supported in a hands-free viewing position.
8. The foldable smartphone case for a foldable smartphone of claim 1 , wherein the first section is configured with a flexible screen cover to protect the one piece foldable inside glass screen of the foldable smartphone.
9. An apparatus, comprising:
a foldable smartphone case configured for a foldable smartphone;
a first section having a two piece tempered glass screen protector coupled to the smartphone case configured to protect the one piece two segment foldable inside glass screen of the foldable smartphone;
a second section having a one piece tempered glass screen protector coupled to the foldable smartphone case configured to cover and protect an outside front side glass screen of the foldable smartphone;
a hinge cover extending along the length of the foldable smartphone hinge movably coupling the first section to the second section and configured to cover and protect the hinge of the foldable smartphone; and
a foldable single flexible inner case coupled with a two part hard outer shell configured to protect the foldable cell phone.
10. The apparatus of claim 9 further comprising a tab activated folding hinge is configured to pull the tab in one direction to unfold the foldable phone case and to pull the tab in the opposite direction to refold the foldable phone case.
11. The apparatus of claim 9 , further comprising a foldable single flexible inner case coupled with a two part hard outer shell configured to protect the foldable cell phone, wherein the hard outer shell hard outer shell is a hybrid made of a combination of both hard rigid and flexible materials.
12. The apparatus of claim 9 , further comprising at least one removable tempered glass cover coupled to the first section configured to cover and protect the one piece foldable inside glass screen of the foldable smartphone.
13. The apparatus of claim 9 , further comprising a kickstand coupled to the second section configured to in a folded-in position set against the second section and in a folded-out position support the foldable smartphone in a hand-free vertical oriented position.
14. The apparatus of claim 9 , further comprising a three part sliding connector is configured to join two folded phone case sections with a full length sliding connector sliding into a sliding connector receiving slot and a shorter length sliding connector being received at both ends into a sliding connector receiving slot.
15. A method, comprising:
providing a foldable smartphone case to couple to a foldable smartphone;
wherein the foldable smartphone includes a one piece two segment foldable inside glass screen;
providing a first section one piece two segment bendable tempered glass screen protector of the smartphone case to protect and cover the one piece two segment foldable inside glass screen of the foldable smartphone;
providing a second section having a one piece one segment tempered glass screen protector coupled to the foldable smartphone case configured to cover and protect an outside front side one piece one segment glass screen of the foldable smartphone;
protecting and covering an outside back side of the smartphone using a foldable smartphone case; and
extending a hinge cover over a length of the foldable smartphone hinge movably coupling the first section to the second section to cover and protect the hinge of the foldable smartphone.
16. The method of claim 15 , further comprising providing a foldable single flexible inner case coupled with a two part hard outer shell configured to protect the foldable cell phone, wherein the hard outer shell is made of at least one hard rigid material.
17. The method of claim 15 , further comprising providing a tab activated folding hinge is configured to pull the tab in one direction to unfold the foldable phone case and to pull the tab in the opposite direction to refold the foldable phone case.
18. The method of claim 15 , further comprising providing a three part sliding connector is configured to join two folded phone case sections with a full length sliding connector sliding into a sliding connector receiving slot and a shorter length sliding connector being received at both ends into a sliding connector receiving slot.
19. The method of claim 15 , further comprising supporting the foldable smartphone in a hand-free vertical oriented position using a kickstand coupled to the second section.
