Hybrid tea rose plant named `JAChov`

Abstract

A hybrid tea rose plant having bicolor flowers that are pink on the upper side and yellow on the reverse; a vigorous, upright growth habit; hybrid tea flower form; and moderate fragrance.

I claim: 
     
       1. A new and distinct variety of rose plant of the hybrid tea class, substantially as herein shown and described, characterized particularly as to novelty by novel bicolor flowers that are pink on the upper side and yellow on the reverse, vigorous upright growth habit, hybrid tea flower form, and moderate fragrance.
