A new and distinct variety of red blood nectarine tree denominated ‘NSRED15270’ has fruits with high eating quality and very long shelf life without alteration before and after harvesting, with a semi-sweet red blood colored flesh, and a very high percentage of dark purple red blush on skin surface.
