A new and distinct cultivar of Gerbera plant named ‘Garvivian Improved’, characterized by its compact, broadly upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; numerous narrowly obovate leaves per plant, dense and bushy appearance; numerous inflorescences with narrowly oblanceolate pale yellow-colored ray florets; upright and strong scapes; and good garden performance.
