Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Petunia plant named ‘Petspebl’ characterized by its trailing, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit, freely branching habit, freely flowering habit, single flowers that have several shades of blue color in the flower with a light throat with dark venation, and good garden performance.
