A new and distinct cultivar of geranium plant named ‘Fishelen’, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by the combined features of bright salmon-pink cup-shaped flowers with a small white eye; medium green foliage with strong zonation; medium sized, well-branched, round plant habit; and early to medium flowering respone.
