A begonia plant named Cheers particularly characterized as to uniqueness by the combined characteristics of rose-red flower color, strong and upright petioles which support flowers above foliage, double flower form, floriferous habit, fast growth with good branching, and by its adaptability to 10 to 15 cm. pots.
