Abstract
A solar heat collection tube 1 of the present invention has: a tube 3 in which a heat medium 2 can flow; an infrared reflective layer 4 formed on an outer surface of the tube 3 ; a sunlight-to-heat conversion layer 5 formed on the infrared reflective layer 4 and containing manganese silicide; and an anti-reflection layer 6 formed on the sunlight-to-heat conversion layer 5 . Preferably, the manganese silicide used in the sunlight-to-heat conversion layer 5 is a semiconductor. The solar heat collection tube 1 of the present invention allows sunlight to be converted into heat efficiently.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 6 . (canceled)
7 . A solar heat collection tube, comprising:
a tube in which a heat medium can flow; an infrared reflective layer formed on an outer surface of the tube; a sunlight-to-heat conversion layer formed on the infrared reflective layer and containing manganese silicide; and an anti-reflection layer formed on the sunlight-to-heat conversion layer.
8 . The solar heat collection tube according to claim 7 , wherein the manganese silicide is a semiconductor.
9 . The solar heat collection tube according to claim 7 , wherein the manganese silicide has Mn 11 Si 19 as a main component.
10 . The solar heat collection tube according to claim 7 , wherein a light-transmitting layer is further formed between the infrared reflective layer and the sunlight-to-heat conversion layer.
11 . A sunlight-to-heat conversion device, comprising:
the solar heat collection tube according to claim 7 ; and light-concentrating means for concentrating sunlight onto the solar heat collection tube.
12 . A solar heat power generation device comprising the sunlight-to-heat conversion device according to claim 11 and a power generator,
wherein power is generated by heating a heat medium inside the solar heat collection tube of the sunlight-to-heat conversion device, and utilizing thermal energy of the heated heat medium in the power generator.Cited by (0)
