Abstract

The present disclosure belongs to the field of packing, and more particularly relates to a packing device of a flat LCD product. The packing device includes an outer case and a buffer element. The buffer element comprises a corrugated board and foaming buffer elements pasted to the corrugated board. The foaming buffer elements are configured with slots and the slots are used for fixing the flat LCD product. The buffer element of the packing device of the flat LCD product of the present disclosure includes a corrugated board and foaming buffer elements pasted to the corrugated board. The corrugated board with the same strength and the same area has lower cost and is mainly used for resisting external impact force, and the foaming buffer elements are mainly used for fixing the LCD product and providing buffer protection. Thus, usage amount of the foaming materials is greatly reduced. Because properties of the two aforementioned materials are fully used, packing cost is reduced. Additionally, because the corrugated board has thin thickness and small volume, a size of the outer case can also be decreased and the packing cost is further reduced.

1 . A packing device for a flat liquid crystal display (LCD) product, comprising:
 an outer case, and   a buffer element comprising a corrugated board and foaming buffer elements fixed to the corrugated board;   wherein the foaming buffer elements are configured with slots and the slots are used for fixing the flat liquid crystal display (LCD) product;   wherein the buffer element comprises an upper buffer element and a lower buffer element; the upper buffer element comprises at least two foaming buffer elements;   wherein the foaming buffer elements are arranged in parallel; a clearance is exists between the foaming buffer elements;   wherein the corrugated board is configured with curves and the curves are parallel to the foaming buffer elements; one foaming buffer element positioned on an outermost side can be bent together with the corrugated board by 90 degrees along the curves;   wherein the upper buffer element is a sectioned structure and comprises a left upper buffer element and a right upper buffer element;   wherein the left upper buffer element at least comprises two foaming buffer elements and one curve, and the right upper buffer element at least comprises two foaming buffer elements and one curve;   wherein the foaming buffer elements on the lower buffer element are arranged in parallel;   the clearance is arranged between the foaming buffer elements; the corrugated board is provided with curves and the curves are parallel to the foaming buffer elements;   wherein the lower buffer element is an integral structure and comprises at least three foaming buffer elements; there are two curves; two foaming buffer elements positioned on the outermost side can be respectively bent together with the corrugated board by 90 degrees along the two curves;   wherein the clearance between the foaming buffer elements of the lower buffer element corresponds to the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element, and a width of the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element is less than or equal to the width of the clearance corresponding to the foaming buffer elements.   
     
     
         2 . A packing device for a flat liquid crystal display (LCD) product, comprising:
 an outer case, and   a buffer element comprising a corrugated board and foaming buffer elements fixed to the corrugated board;   wherein the foaming buffer elements are configured with slots and the slots are used for fixing the flat liquid crystal display (LCD) product;   wherein the buffer element comprises an upper buffer element and a lower buffer element;   wherein the upper buffer element comprises at least two foaming buffer elements; the foaming buffer elements are arranged in parallel; a clearance is arranged between the foaming buffer elements; the corrugated board is provided with curves and the curves are parallel to the foaming buffer elements; one foaming buffer element positioned on an outermost side can be bent together with the corrugated board by 90 degrees along the curves.

The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 2 , wherein the upper buffer element is an integral structure and comprises at least three foaming buffer elements; there are two curves; two foaming buffer elements positioned on the outermost side can be respectively bent together with the corrugated board by 90 degrees along the two curves.

The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 2 , wherein the upper buffer element is a sectioned structure and comprises a left upper buffer element and a right upper buffer element; the left upper buffer element at least comprises two foaming buffer elements and one curve; the right upper buffer element at least comprises two foaming buffer elements and one curve.

The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 2 , wherein the lower buffer element comprises at least two foaming buffer elements; the foaming buffer elements are arranged in parallel; a clearance is arranged between the foaming buffer elements; the corrugated board is configured with curves and the curves are parallel to the foaming buffer elements; one foaming buffer element positioned on the outermost side can be bent together with the corrugated board by 90 degrees along the curves.

The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 7 , wherein the lower buffer element is an integral structure and comprises at least three foaming buffer elements; there are two curves; two foaming buffer elements positioned on the outermost side can be respectively bent together with the corrugated board by 90 degrees along the two curves.

The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 7 , wherein the lower buffer element is a sectioned structure and comprises a left lower buffer element and a right lower buffer element; the left lower buffer element at least comprises two foaming buffer elements and one curve; the right lower buffer element at least comprises two foaming buffer elements and one curve.

The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 2 , wherein the clearance between the foaming buffer elements of the lower buffer element corresponds to the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element; the width of the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element is less than or equal to the width of the clearance corresponding to the foaming buffer elements, so that the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element can be put into the clearance between the foaming buffer elements of the lower buffer element during reception and storage. 
     
     
         11 . The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 7 , wherein the clearance between the foaming buffer elements of the lower buffer element corresponds to the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element; the width of the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element is less than or equal to the width of the clearance corresponding to the foaming buffer elements, so that the foaming buffer elements of the upper buffer element can be put into the clearance between the foaming buffer elements of the lower buffer element during reception and storage. 
     
     
         12 . The packing device for the flat LCD product of  claim 2 , wherein the flat LCD product is an LCD glass, a backlight module or an LCD module.
