Abstract

The invention relates to new compounds of general formula I or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein X=N−R 3 or CH−R 4 , Y=CH 2 or (CH 2 ) 2 , Z=O or H 2 ; and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and Ar have the meanings given in the specification, and the preparation and use thereof. The new compounds are valuable neurokinin (tachykinin) antagonists.
